From my arrival at the 24-hour front desk to the multilingual assistance provided, every interaction was handled with care and attention. I encountered a recurring issue with the payment system, as card payments were not accepted during my multiple visits. This is a significant inconvenience, as cash only transactions can complicate the overall experience, and I sincerely hope management addresses this concern. Despite this hurdle, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and the quality of service made for a memorable stay. With unique luxury and design elements, this hotel is a worthy consideration for anyone visiting Casablanca. I look forward to returning, hopefully with an enhanced payment solution in place.
